100 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal is medicine for our fast-paced modern lifestyles that demand a lot from us. It invites us to slow down, take time to get to know ourselves, and discover a new way of being on and off the mat.

Daily stress can take a toll on our physical, mental and emotional bodies. Yin Yoga helps release blocked energy and emotions, bringing spaciousness into your being.

Terms & Conditions

Course Progression and Requirements:

  • 100 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is suitable for all levels of yogi, from the absolute beginners to the more advanced. However, it is advisable to learn some basic foundation and have a few months of consistent yoga practice prior to the course.
  • 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is an advanced course for those that have already completed the 100hrs or have already been teaching for 3+ years with extensive experience. According to Yoga Alliance's standard, it requires a 100YTT certification before the course.
  • To register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT500, you will need a 100YTT certificate from a Registered Yoga School (RYS), as there is no standalone RYT300 certification.
  • We will provide the most up-to-date COVID and travel requirements via email. However, please note that these regulations may change frequently. It is the student's responsibility to ensure their eligibility to travel and enter Indonesia.

Accommodation:

  • Please be advised that the rooms displayed on our website are representative examples, and the actual room you will get may vary in size, layout, and furnishings. The room allocation is based on availability.
  • Our package price is per person. If you wish to bring your significant other to stay with you during the course, you will need to book a private room and there is an additional person fee for the 19/29 nights. The package is inclusive of meals and they will be able to use the common facilities at the resort.
  • Any additional person per night or per meal will also require an additional fee.
  • If you booked a shared room, any arrangements in the room will be the responsibility and agreement of the students sharing the space. The school will not accommodate and intervene in personal matters arising within the shared room. If you have specific preferences, we suggest booking a private room for more convenience and flexibility.
  • Male students coming alone are required to book a private room. If you have accidentally booked a shared room, please contact us at join@inneryogatraining.com.
  • While accommodation is included in the YTT package, InnerYoga does not operate as a hotel or resort, and it is not the main service provided.

Payment Terms:

  • The price shown on our website and advertisements reflects the Early Bird Discount, offering 15% off the normal price.
  • After the early bird period ends, the regular prices will apply.
  • To secure the early bird price and confirm your attendance, the remaining balance must be paid in full to InnerYoga at least 30 days before the course begins.
  • If no confirmation or full payment is received 10 days prior to the course start date, your spot will be released to the waiting list without further notice. Reclaiming a spot requires a $200 reinstatement fee and is subject to availability.
  • Last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before the course date) require a full payment, at the latest 3 days before the course date.
  • InnerYoga reserves the right to offer discounts, promotions, and campaigns as deemed appropriate. Prices may vary during such promotional activities, and individual students' payments shall not be subject to questioning. Students agree not to dispute the pricing decisions made during these periods.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  1. 30+ Days Before the Course Date:
    Notification must be provided at least 30 days before the booked course date.
    Refunds are available for amounts paid directly to InnerYoga, excluding:
    • Non-refundable deposit of $400 or $555 (depending on the course).
    • Transaction fees & currency conversion charges.
    One-time free rescheduling is allowed. Further rescheduling requests will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

  2. 8 - 30 Days Before the Course Date:
    Refunds are not available.
    One-time rescheduling is allowed with a $200 administration fee.
    No additional reschedules are allowed. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of credits.
    Room downgrade requests will not be refunded or credited.

  3. 7 Days Before the Course Date & No-Shows:
    Refunds are not available.
    50% of the total course fee will be deducted, balance converted to store credits (valid 18 months).
    No reschedules allowed. Room downgrade requests not compensated.

  4. After the Course Starts:
    Refunds not available.
    Store credit eligibility decided case-by-case by management.
    If eligible, at least 50% of course fee + days attended cost deducted.
    No store credits if >50% of course completed.
    Room downgrade requests not compensated.

Additional Policies:

  • Promotions:
    Promotional discounts are valid only for the original booking date.
    If rescheduling occurs, promotions are void (early bird still applies if within period).
    Remaining balance must be paid at rebooking time.

  • Store Credit Policy:
    Store credits valid 18 months from first rescheduling.
    Once used, no further cancellations or reschedules allowed.
    New booking subject to current pricing.
    Credits cannot be combined with promotions or discounts.
    No refunds of store credits under any circumstances.

Offline to Online & Online to Offline Course Transfer Policy:

  • Offline to Online Transfer:
    Students switching to online must follow online course policy.
    Rejoining offline after switching requires $90 rejoining fee (one time only).

  • Online to Offline Transfer:
    Online students transferring offline must pay remaining balance + $90 transfer fee (teacher/group allocation).

*Please note that refunds are only valid for payments made directly through InnerYoga via Xendit. Payments through third-party websites follow their refund policies.
